Christmas, Here and Gone... :o(

Christmas came soooo fast this year. I honestly feel like it was just yesterday we were planning our wedding. Now we are married and the holiday season has come and gone. Crazy!! Even tho it came and went so fast it was a GREAT Christmas. It was wonderful just being with our families, spending time and EATING(all the bad things)!! I sooo have to start eating right at the beginning of the New Year...lol!!

Our Christmas started on Saturday the 22nd. We spent it with the Humphreys and Nash's. Eating, exchanging gifts and watching Grandma Nash play Wii! Lots of fun! Later that evening Brett and I headed to Woodland Hills with my family to see "Candy Cane Lane". It wasn't as great as we expected but we did have fun! Here is a video of my nephew Tristan wishing every car that passed by us a "Merry Christmas!".

We relaxed Sunday and then on Monday it was time to head to Orange County to hang out with my mom's side of the family. Tristan loves to be the center of attention, and with 15+ grand kids running around he lost that position. So as all the adults are sitting around in the living room, here comes Tristan with his new football. He has his Uncle Greg hike him the ball and then proceeds into his "touchdown dance". I was unable to catch it on video that night but last night I did. Take a look....

Monday night we spent the night at my parents house and woke up with "The Shapiro Gang". At 7am Tristan came to all of our rooms and said "Wake up its Christmas". So we all got up and opened gifts. Brett and I got a Wii from Santa this year! Yahoo! I am not one for video games but I LOVE the Wii. Probably cause it is interactive and I can get some exercise out of it...lol! OH yes, cutest moment....My brother-in-law woke up my sister and Tristan and when Tristan was fully awake he said "Mommy, open the blinds so I can see the snow", my sister said "there is no snow, boo", Tristan then said "Well then it isn't Christmas!". Poor guy! The rest of our day entailed taking naps! Then around 3pm my Aunt Debbie, Aunt Marilyn, Uncle Joe and Tim came over and we had a WONDERFUL Christmas dinner prepared by our very own Chef Greg! It was SOOOO very good! We hung out the rest of the night and then headed home for bed. We have to work the next day, BAH HUMBUG! I hope every one's Christmas was full of love, laughter and joy! Ours sure was!
